Refund Policy

Season Pass Refund: Season Passes are not refundable unless in circumstances such as injury or illness, in which case there will be a $30 administration fee and a prorated refund based on remaining time left in the ski season. A doctor’s note must accompany requests for refunds for injury or illness.

Program Refunds: Program fees are not refundable unless in circumstances such as injury or illnes, in which case there will be a $30 administration fee and a prorated refund based on remaining time left in the ski season.  A doctor's note must accompany requests for refunds for injury or illness.

Lesson Refund: Prior to 24 hrs of your lesson there will be a $15 administration fee for canceling. Inside of 24 hours of your lesson, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
