The Caledonia Nordic Ski Club is seeking nominations for its Board of Directors. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
About the Board:
- Up to 12 Directors in total
- 4 Executive Officers and Directors-at-Large
- Portfolios include Trails, Programs, Facilities, Finance, Fundraising, and Social Events
Eligibility:
- Club members for the 2024-25 season
- 18 years or older as of the AGM date
Time Commitment:
- Approximately 10–12 hours per month (meetings, committee work, and follow-ups)
How to Nominate:
- Nomination deadline: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
- Early submissions are encouraged so a short candidate biography can be included in AGM materials
- Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the AGM
