Our bylaws require the scheduled AGM date to be posted on the Club website 90 days in advance. Unfortunately, we missed that advance posting date this year due to an administrative oversight. Thank you to the member who brought this oversight to our attention, and our apologies for the error.

Formal notice of the AGM, including the draft agenda and applicable meeting information, will be provided to members on October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Club’s formal notice requirements.
